  • Provide Customer Service for Outbound to customer pertaining telecommunication related.
  • Retention, Re-contracting and distribution of information to customer efficiently
  • To deliver and educate existing customer on the benefits of the campaigns or programs over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script
  • Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
  • Accurately update the system on the call outcome.
  • Deliver good customer experience by focusing on customers wants and needs

Job Requirement

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Committed, highly motivated and looking forward to an exciting and rewarding career
  • Dedicated, results oriented, positive minded individual striving for positive results

Benefits

  • Minimum Basic 2000 / With Incentive would easily reach RM3000 and Above
  • No shift work / Full Timer
  • Working days Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM) / Saturday (9AM-1PM)
  • Training provided
